Hi,
I have recently been gifted a new phone which requires a nano sim card. My current sim card (an old Orange one) does not have the option to be nano. I am a PAYG customer so I am not able to get a new sim card sent out to me from EE until I next need to top up. As a result, I have gotten a new EE sim card. I would like to know how I would go about transferring my current number to this new sim card? Someone I know (with a different provider) has been able to do this themselves previously but the EE website is apparently not as easy to navigate to find this?
Thanks

Hi @juliest63
Ordinarily you can request a new SIM from the EE website which, by nature, will have your existing number on it once activated.'
Given that your old number is an Orange line, this adds an extra variable to the equation and I would recommend you call EE C/S on 0800 0798586 (free call from any UK phone) to query this.
I am unsure whether this is possible, but if it is, C/S will need to progress it as there's no account access on this public forum.
