Transferring number - no confirmation email received

Yesterday afternoon I completed the form on EE providing PAC code from old network to port my number over. The confirmation screen said the form was submitted and I'd receive an email confirmation of the request. However, I haven't received an email (I've checked spam folder). Do you always receive an email confirmation after submitting the form? I'm concerned my request might not have been received. Thanks in advance for any help with this.

There is no account access via this public forum, I'd recommend you call EE C/S on 150 who will have access to your account and can check the status of your port.
