Howdy all -
I have a question - I got a phone on contract at the beginning of the year which only accepts an eSIM. Long story short, I hate the handset, it's buggy, non responsive and I should have listened to my g/f when she said I'd regret going for that particular model and to wait, and with another 11 months on my contract she is correct and I am now stuck with something i regret.
I do still have my old handset however, which was great and is still in perfect working condition, but only supports an physical nano sim. Is it possible to port my number across onto a physical SIM so I can go back to using my old handset until my contract is finished?

Hi @ChrisJ5
Welcome to the community.
You can order a new SIM online, you'll need to sign in to My EE and select new device this will send you a physical SIM card with the same number.
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.
