Transferring NHS unlimited data to new contract

Hi, I had the free unlimited data on my old phone registered to my NHS email. I now have a new contract, with the same number, but when I try to register for the unlimited data it says my NHS email address is already registered - how do I transfer it so it is on my new contract and not my old one please?
