I’ve recently taken an up grade that included trading in my old device. I was told an envelope would be sent to me to send my old device in but nothing has arrived. How do I arrange this?

Same has happened to me. I’m still waiting for a response from EE to let me know how and where to send it.

Yes, received new phone over a week ago. Ideally I need to return my trade in handset by Friday to be within 14days.
