Hey EE,
Yesterday, I spoke with a member of your Business Customer Service Team. David Naylor! He was amazing and such a great ambassador for your company.
I always dread calling technical help centres, but it truly was a pleasure talking to David. He went above and beyond to solve our issues and made me smile and giggle in the process. Professional, knowledgable, yet friendly and approachable. A perfect combination.
I would love for David to be recognised for his efforts yesterday, but I'm not sure how to do this?
I won't dread calling EE in the future! Thank you!

I was incredibly stressed this morning. I had taken up a new contract 2 days before and had questions about it. I couldn't contact the EE shop where I signed up as the phone sustem had a "loop" in it whereby you were eventually cut off when choosing to speak to someone. I also couldn;t access the website which wouldn't let me in. I rang Customer Resolutions where Ebony Robinson was so incredibly helpful and sorted out all my issues. I just wanted to let her manager know what a credit to EE she is. Thanks Ebony.
