Hi,

I sent my trade in phone back and the deadline for it to be completed is by Tomorrow which is the 12th. I’ve had a email from DPD saying it’s delivered and been signed for. I’ve contacted bright star and they tell me that my email address doesn’t have a order?? I’m a bit confused as the phone has arrived and the deadline is Tommorow and I’m facing a £200 charge so I just need some clarification as to what’s going on.

You were correct to contact Brightstar, as they're the ones who send the returns bags out. Have you spoken to our Mobile Care team about this?


They may be able to help you.
