Just trying to find out where my order is and the website can't tell me 'at the moment'? Is the automated system busy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wonder if i should say the same when they ask for payment!
Come on EE, do much better. Ordered my upgrade on the 10 days ago and nothing arrived or notified since. And don't blame COVID!

@sickofee2 what device are you wanting for ? If it’s the iPhone 12 you’ll have to be patient as there is a backlog of orders as Apple can not keep up with demand.
