I have recently upgraded my phone with a trade in and have still not received my trade in pack and the deadline is this weekend I have called bright star and been on hold for 1 and a half hours with no answer I can't afford to be charged 210 for not sending back

I have phoned multiple times with no answer and emailed twice I have to send phone back buy the 12th
