I recently upgraded my phone on the trade in scheme. I was advised a returns pack would be delivered to me separately to my new device arriving.
this has been just over a week now & I still am yet to receive anything. I’m concerned as it said I have 14 days to return my old one or I would be charged.
please can someone advise.

I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can find out what's happened with your return pack.
They should be able to help you and give you some advice on this.
