Hi,
I sent my iphone xr trade in the day I recieved my package to send the phone back. I have 4 days left for ee to recieve it but on the royal mail website it says, they have recieved a request not to delivery????
What the hell am i ment to do?

@Amialice As long as you used the return package there is nothing you can do. You did as requested and once it’s posted it’s not your issue.
