Ive been sent a text from EE telling me to trade in my current phone by November 2nd but what should I do if my new order hasn’t came yet as Ive ordered the iPhone 13 pro max 128gb in graphite and not had any delivery confirmation or notification. Can I wait to trade it in until I get my new phone or do I have to just trade it in and go without until my new ones delivered?
If you give customer service a call on 150, and explain that you haven't received your new iPhone yet, and they should be able to delay you having to send your current phone back yet.
