Trade in Deadline Issue

Hi, 

 

I upgraded my phone yesterday and took advantage of the trade in offer for the new Galaxy S20 Note; However, this is not released until 21st August and I have to return my old handset by 24th, so the new phone arrives Friday and the old one has to be received by Monday, with our post being pretty unreliable. Plus I need to transfer stuff from my old phone to the new one. I've tried EE online chat and calling them, but with no joy to getting through to anyone. How can I have the date extended without receiving any charge for the new phone? Thanks

@katszok   You’ll have proof of postage just make sure you post it back before the last day.
