Rewind makes it go forwards

When I'm watching a program I have recorded i will fast forward and if I go to far and try to rewind and it carries on going forwards.  Is there a fix for this problem?

No confirmation email

This is the first time I have used ee, they have taken 90 upfront payment and sent me no confirmation, Frankly I am disgusted , I can’t get through to anyone on any of the numbers provided as there is no option to choose regarding this , disappointed...

I have started to have this problem too. Exactly at 5 mins the call gets cut off. I am in the UK using my EE sim. It happens when I am at home or when I am out.
