No trade in returns

It’s been 2 weeks since I upgraded my phone and I am yet to receive the returns pack - though I have received reminders to send the phone and a warning that I will be charged if I don’t and that I will lose my £15 a month trade in offer. 

Called EE about this 5000 times already, waited a silly amount of time and never got through once. Emailed twice with one automated reply, no help whatsoever. 

3 days until deadline of the returns date and I have no package and no correspondence from EE.

 

extension on returns date is required and also a package to return my old device.

 

oh and a phone all wouldn’t go  amiss.

 

Any help on this would be most appreciated.
