Wondering if anyone can help.

Upgraded my iPhone 11 to the 13 and opted to trade my iPhone 11 in to cover the upgrade cost and receive the monthly for doing so.

I have received a text to say they have received my old iPhone 11, but nothing about when I will receive my payment.

Does anyone know if I will receive my monthly trade in discount and the money for the old handset or is it just the discount that I will receive?

@abiclem93  They have acknowledged that they have received it not that they have actually checked the device to make sure it’s ok.    These are 2 different things.
