i pre orderd the ipone 13 pro max 3 weeks ago but still not herd anything about when i can pick it up

I have the same issue but my is getting delivered. I've had no email or text about the Phones delivery.

Hi both,

 

Have you tried tracking your order using our online order tracker?

 

DPD will send you a text when your order is ready to be delivered.
