Hello

 

I upgraded to a new phone and as part of it I'm trading in my old phone. I was told the bag wouldn't be sent out until after I received the phone but I've had it for 2 weeks and still haven't received anything.

 

Just wondering who do I get in touch with as I just want everything to be sorted!

You should have received the pack by now, if you can give a call on 150, our Mobile Care team will be happy to help with the trade in.

I currently am dealing with this same situation! I had numerous phone calls back and forth with EE and brightstar (the trade in company). EE said my trade in request has gone their end but every time I spoke to brightstar they had nothing on their system (this went on for about 2 weeks). So what I did in the end is fill out a complaint form on EE’s website and that seemed to do the trick as they have now put in a re request for my trade in and my pack is now on its way
