Bought Sony Xperia 1 iii but can't redeem headphones

Hi there,

 

I ordered a Sony Xperia 1 iii back on 06 September. I didn't receive the headphones until 14th October.
It seems since I ordered the phone the promotion has closed (based on this link: https://www.xperiarewards.co.uk/X1headphones/)

 

Part of the reason I got this phone was because I got headphones.

What can be done about this please?

Welcome to the community.

 

You should still be able to make the claim even if the promotion is no longer active.

 

I'd recommend getting in touch with Sony so they can look into this for you.

You will need to contact customercare@xperiarewards.co.uk for further information.

 

This promotion is not just limited to a time period, but number of sets of headphones so if there are no units left then your claim will fail. I suggest emailing them asap.
