I paid my monthly bill yesterday and the money are out of my credit card, however the EE app says that my bill is delayed and not paid. What shall I do?

Hi @cmona_p 

 

No payments are processed over the weekend and it can take up to 7 days to clear into EE account. 

 

You should consider setting up a direct debit.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
