Xperia 1 III has anybody get their headphones yet?

Been 28 days since i made the claim which is apparently the time it can take to receive the headphones. Ive contacted Sony and they keep saying they're waiting final confirmation from EE. 

 

Its starting to feel like i wont be getting these headphones which would be a shame as ive seen O2 users and people who bought their phone outright receive them already.

I am sorry to hear you are yet to receive your headphones. 

 

When you spoke with Sony did they advise you what they are needing to confirm this claim?

Hi this is exactly what they said in the email. So your guess is as good as mine.

We are awaiting the final validation from EE and unfortunately that is 

taking longer than we had hoped. However, we hope to dispatch your 

headphones as soon as possible.
