Sony Xperia 5 III Headphones

Hi everyone,

 

I recently upgraded to the Sony Xperia 5 III on Oct 7th and filed claim with Sony on the 8th October. As of yet I still haven't received the headphones. Has anyone else had any luck? I've chased this with Sony customer services and I was advised the below:

 

"As per the promotional Terms and Conditions, we run a thorough

two-step validation process to prevent fraud which can take up to 21

days. As part of the second step, we are waiting for EE to

authenticate the purchase information you provided with your claim.

Apologies for the delay, this process is at the network’s discretion

but we hope to get your gift dispatched as soon as possible."

 

Has EE managed to help anyone with this?

This is genuinely the hardest promotion I've ever had to claim.
