Hello - I'm hoping someone can help me.
I sent my iPhone back to EE to trade it in. I used the packaging EE sent me and sent the phone by special delivery.
Having checked the Royal Mail website, the package was signed for.
I have received an email from EE to say they haven't received the phone yet.
I have called the 020 number on the trade in page twice. Both times I was placed on hold and then the line went dead.
I have also sent two emails to the eeconsumer email address with a screen shot of the signature from the Royal Mail website, and heard nothing back.
Does anyone have any further suggestions?
Thanks

Hi there @Lucy441
Thanks for coming to the community.
How long ago did you return the device and when was this signed for?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

@Lucy441 You’ve done all you need to do and you have shown proof of delivery. Don’t worry about it. They just need to process your device that’s all and this can take 3-5 working days.

Thank you @Chris_B and @Leanne_T
I finally got through to someone when I called the 020 number.
The phone has been received.
I think it would be worth them setting up an auto email response. So as a consumer, at least you know the email has been received and the query being looked in to.
I might suggest it.
Lucy
