Upgrade done over the phone

Hello,
I upgraded my plan on Saturday to a new iPhone and changed my contract from sim only back to a full contract. The lady on the phone said my phone would be with me by today but I have had no email or text confirmation of my order. I can see on my online app that the Internet amount has changed and my bill price but nothing about the new contract or my new phone.
Please can someone help as I cannot get through on the phone ? Thanks

Could you download the DPD app and see if they have any deliveries scheduled for your address?
