Hello. I been trad in my iPhone 12 and I received my new phone. But the problem I send it iPhone 12 on Tuesday back and I still keep received emails and messages that I have final reminder if i don’t send them back iPhone 12 they will charge me more. Can you help me with this? Many thanks
