So ive ordered a new phone and when I enter in my tracking number it comes up with 'Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.' I ordered it on the 29th of December 2019 please help.

When you say you enter your 'tracking number', do you mean your order number?
You should be able to track your order via https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/orderdetails.
If it still throws an error, I would get in touch customer service who will be able to advise further.

I would recommend contacting customer services on 0800 317 720 and they will be able to check the status of your order.

Yes my order number I enter that in and my email press track and it comes up with that
