I'm trying to track the delivery of a Ps4 bundle ordered on 23 July as part of the Xperia offer. The phone arrived a month ago but no sign of the Ps4 and no communication from anyone. Ee call centre advised 21 days which has obviously passed.

There is no customer account access on these forums so you will need to call CS on 150 about any outstanding gift/promotion.

They should be able to confirm the order for you and find out when it'll arrive.

Thanks Chris,
I spoke to CS again and they confirmed that it had'nt been actioned yet. They said they had forwarded to the Processing team who would be in touch in 3 days, so hopefully works out.
