Top-up issue

Hi everyone,

 

I have top up by my credit card on 05 march 2021 but the credit card has received 2 transactions but cannot use the sim card to call or do anything. Please help me on that to solve the problem cause I am a student in Sheffield and I will need to contact with a lot of people there.

I hope that the problem can be solves as soon as possible. Thank you a lot.

What reply do you get when you text BALANCE to 150? Are you in the UK at the moment?
