Good afternoon everyone, This is Dr. Anwar & this is my very first mobile sim in the UK. I was registered by a very cooperative customer services executive over phone & I requested for the £20 Pay as you Go Pack (30GB data, unlimited minutes & texts). £20 was topped up but then a text for the £15 package was sent (which said when I make a call a 15GB package would start). The probable reason for this might be, when I requested the sim delivery I selected the 15GB pack. What should I do to start the £20 (30GB) pack now?
Thanks a lot for your kind suggestions.

Hi there,
Thanks a lot. The £15 text was not meant to be sent by the system, Actually the £20 pack has been activated (problem solved) & the advisor over the phone was really helpful. I really appreciate your response
Take care.

You originally ordered the SIM with the £15 pack. Now text PACK20 to 150. The £20 pack will start when the £15 pack expires.

Thanks a lot for your response. I actually want to start the £20 pack
instead of the £15 pack. The interesting thing is, now as I have
visited the MyEE, it's showing my pack is the £20 one. But the text I got
for activation in my phone was the £15 one (it says when I make a call/text
the £15 pack would activate). How can I be sure which pack was activated?
I really appreciate your help.
Best wishes,
Dr. Anwar

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
