Hi
I have been trying to receive my perk code as I work for the NHS
when I login I receive this message-
Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.
please can you help as I have just purchased a contract iphone

@Felicity5 Unfortunately you can not add a discount after you have a new contract you have to apply the discount at the time of upgrading.

They told me I have 30 days to give them the voucher code then they change the direct debit amount.

Did you complete your upgrade with our Customer Care Team? The discount usually needs to be added at the point of sale or upgrade.
I have sent you a private message to gain some further information regarding your EE Perk Account.
