I am porting my old number from O2 Giffgaff to my new EE mobile contract.
I received email confirmation that they had recieved my PAC code on 7th June. I have heard nothing since (5 days ago) and my mobile number has not changed.
I was under the impression that this should take no longer than 2 business days, if not the nest busines day?

@RW1972 As you requested this on the seventh the request wouldn’t of been received until the eighth and the migration should’ve started on the ninth but I’m assuming you use the online form to request this ? you need to call customer services to do this as I cannot recommend anybody using the online form.
