Good morning.
I'm new to this but was wondering if it is possible to find anything out about an ordered upgrade.
I ordered a Samsung S20 5g in grey 2 days ago and received email conformation with the expected order number etc on it almost straight away.
When I ordered the phone was shown as being in stock and would normally be dispatched within a day.
Since then I have had no further updates and the tracker just responds as being unable to process my request.
I know that your operating with reduced staff and things take longer than normal but I was wondering if there was a way of checking the status of an order or confirm that it has actually gone through without pestering your call centres?

I have check our stock and can see the Samsung S20 5G in Cosmic Grey is available and ready for disptach.
I would recommend giving us a call and speak with our customer care team who can ensure your order is progressing.
You can call us on either 150 from a EE handset or 0800 079 8586 from any landline or provider.
