Have had a text saying as a valued customer we would like your feedback and can you reply to following texts. The next text asks how likely are you etc etc
my concern is that the text comes from 24 9.
in these days f scams etc always wary of unknown numbers and why use those digits instead of a EE code they agree in advance
anyone shed some light please

texts from 249 are genuine they are sent to customers who have recently spoken to a customer service advisor.

@Bootsie146 It's been a while since I had cause to call 150, but I seem to recall the texts from 249 had something at the start of them to the effect of "thankyou for your recent call to 150".
Scammers wouldn't know you'd called C/S, and that's reassurance that they're genuine.
