I’ve just received a text from EE to say to reset my phone. Is this legit?

@Sherridan That will depend if you’ve been in contact with EE about anything. They wouldn’t normally say reset your device but they might say turn it off/on again but that’s only if you’ve changed to a new SIM card.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
