Terrible service and pack problems

Magicolle

Last night, I CANCELLED my ongoing pack, I spent 20 minutes trying to change the pack from a £20 one (useless) to a £30 one. I kept getting error after error message, I took screenshots to show the times that I was wasting in doing so. I cancelled my pack and received a text confirmation that I have cancelled. I really dislike the way I have to pay for a pack, the website isn't user friendly, paying over the phone is a nightmare? EE has been the worst network I have ever had. I desperately want to leave but my phone is locked to the network. At 7am  today I received a text from EE Saying my pack (20£) is active! No! I don't want your packs! They're a waste of time unless it's the 30 one which I don't even need right now. Why is this so difficult. Stop taking my money when I request you not to? Its too annoying.

@Magicolle   So texting STOP PACK to terminate the pack you are using is hard ?       There is more than one way to top up see HERE you’ll also find lots of other useful bit of information on that webpage on other things to do with PAYG on EE

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Magicolle

Sorry to hear that you're having some problems with your pack. I see @Chris_B has given you some excellent information on how this should work.

If you're still having problems, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.

Top-up to at least £30 & then text PACK30 to 150. Or text ALL PACKS to 150 & choose the pack you want.

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card.
