EE probably has the worst website and app I have ever used. Every time I try to log into the app it says there is a problem and I should reinstall (which I have done many times). Keep in mind that this has been happening for at least a year. So as a result I have been forced to log in on the website, but guess what? that doesn't work either. "We are trying to fix this page"... yeah seems like you are it just apparently takes months to fix a login page. Ironically, login finally worked in the discussion section where I went to leave a complaint. Keep in mind I have never left a complaint in my life. That is how frustrating this has been. Also, my sim card doesn't recognise numbers anymore so that's another thing. On a positive note, however, they are great at deal upgrades and their call service people are friendly.
