Temporary number issues with my new Oppo Find X2 Pro

Hello everybody,
Hope somebody can help me.
I got myself a snazzy new phone recently through EE. An Oppo Find X2 Pro, having come to EE from Giffgaff.
I got my PAC number from Giffgaff and things all seemed sorted out.
But for some reason when I text or phone some people, it is showing the original EE number and not the one I brought over.
I spoke to the lads at EE, but didn't have any luck. I was advised to reset the network settings, but cannot for the life of me find it. I am by no means a phone expert, but I am competent and can usually find things like that.
It certainly isn't where it is on most androids, according to Google.
I ultimately want only my old phone number to show.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi @HeftyLad
EE need to refresh your line, this normally sorts this problem. You would need to call EE on 150. Or it sometimes fixes itself a week or so after porting over.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
