I recently placed an order for my upgrade. It’s been 5 days now and still haven’t received a delivery date? When I go to track it online it says awaiting confirmation for delivery. The original confirmation email said it would be dispatched in 1 day as it was in stock. Is there any way to check my order status?

Thank you for your reply. I have tried to call them multiple times and just been left on hold for over an hour.
