Tado has stopped working and according to other threads this is down to EE somehow.
has anyone managed to solve this problem as it was blooming freezing this morning with no heating.
I can work it manually but that’s not useful
thanks

@milliemoo1 does your home internet work ok ? Was there a Tado upgrade/update last night ? If there was this could be the reason as it might not for what ever reason be happy with EE WiFi. That’s a Tado issue not a EE one.

Yes my home internet is working just fine.
I’m only asking EE as it appears that this has happened previously

@milliemoo1 EE have no control over your smart devices. How those devices operate and connect to the router is down to the manufacturer of that device. And as you say your BB connection is ok and working. You’ll be best of contacting Tado about this.
