I upgraded my tablet online, but once the order had gone through I was told by email that the model I'd upgraded to was out of stock. The only option for changing my order was by the 0800 number, which is v busy, and haven't managed to speak to anyon...

Hello all, seeking some help and advice. I've pre ordered the new Galaxy s21+ 5g. I'm currently on a PAYG sim would i just order a new sim for the 5g to work or can I use my current one? or do I have to shift to a new sim monthly 5g deals?

my phone has done an update today and now it will not stay on, the update has not finished installing although it started at 3pm this afternoon, I can not do anything on it all it keeps doing is turning on and off. what can I do  thanks

Tado not working

Tado has stopped working and according to other threads this is down to EE somehow.has anyone managed to solve this problem as it was blooming freezing this morning with no heating.I can work it manually but that’s not useful thanks  

Upgrading to an Android device on EE
