Hello all, seeking some help and advice. I've pre ordered the new Galaxy s21+ 5g. I'm currently on a PAYG sim would i just order a new sim for the 5g to work or can I use my current one? or do I have to shift to a new sim monthly 5g deals?

Hi @Fergie9819
EE doesn't do 5G on PAYG so you can put your PAYG SIM in and get 4G as you do now. If you want to use 5G you can move to an EE pay monthly plan with 5G.

PAYG plans don't do 5G (yet). Is there some reason why you think the Galaxy won't come with its own 5G plan and SIM? Where are you getting it? Are you buying it outright SIM-free?

@XRaySpeX I've bought it direct from the Samsung website so was a bit unsure as to what the process would be for the sim. As far as I'm aware it's just the handset device with whatever extras Samsung have chucked in.
