Hi, please help me! I'm now in China and before I go I didn't text 'Roaming' to 150, and now I can't receive any messages and calls, my SIM card haven't signal. What should I do? I need to receive a call from my UK bank. May I do anything on the APP?

Have you checked, either within your myEE app or website, under "Usage Controls", for..
1: International Roaming
2: Call abroad & Premium rate.

If you're having any problems doing this, your only option is to call EE C/S from another working phone and query your account with them - there is no account access on this public forum.

Are you on contract or PAYG? Did you use that SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad?
If you are on contract, try logging into your MyEE account online & go to Menu / Account Settings / Control Content / Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium Rate. They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated. If they are not ticked, can you activate these settings?
PAYG is auto enabled for roaming. You won't see any of those settings & don't need to change anything.

Thanks for your reply, I'm on contract and paid monthly. I tried this, but it shows it can not be ticked.

Before I left UK I used this SIM card everything including making calls and texts.
I brought the International or Abroad Calls Add-on service, and I reopened my phone, it is still no service.

The International or Call Abroad Add-ons are only for making International calls from the UK, not for roaming.
As it is not in EU, you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/add-ons-benefits-and-plans/call-or-going-abroad/roaming-costs/countries/china .

Thanks again, and now I just need to receive the phone call and text from the UK bank. I just want my SIM card has signal and in service. I will pay for the roaming cost. I'm so anxious about this situation.
