Switching Numbers

Hello, I have issued you with my PAC code, it said it’s been received and I’d get a confirmation email for my numbers to be changed. I haven’t yet had this. Will my number still be changed? Thanks.

There is no access to specific accounts on this public forum, so you may need to call EE C/S on 150 to check your specifics.

 

But when did you submit your PAC - which day?

I did the form request last night before 5:30pm, but I would have thought I’d have got a confirmation email still.
