I upgraded on friday.
Told i would get text or email to confirm delivery for sunday 10-12.
Not sure information has been received.
Nobody has turned up or rung.
On the site its says there are still delivery slots for today.
They phone number given to ring is closed im guessing until tuesday as its back hol.
I work during the week so cant take delivery or speak to the expert thats meant to be helping.
Why does EE make arrangemnt that they no they can not fill.
So what do i do?
