Storing messages

I use a Samsung mobile and am having difficulties storing messages in My Folders. When I select move to my folders it greys out most of the messages and only allows me to move some (which aren't the ones I want to move). Any ideas? I'm trying to do because I keep getting messages that my SMS memory is full. Does moving messages to My folders help with this?

What model of Samsung phone do you have?

 

If your device is prompting you that your SMS memory is full, then the likely solution is to delete some messages to free up space for new ones.
