Hi, my phone was due to arrive on 14th Oct and still no sign or no communication that a delivery attempt has been made? The link in confirmation email just goes to an error. Order number is xxxxxxxxxxx

@Sophie17_1   The XKO number is just a order number not a tracking number.   You need to call customer services about this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
