I have just spent 25 minutes on hold ended putting the phone down know one can help me. I have ordered a phone on Tuesday received the successful email with the xkn reference but its now Friday afternoon and I have still heard nothing. I cant seem to find an email address to email customer service, live chat doesnt work and when I phone im put on hold for 25 minutes. No one can answer me with a straight answer I just want to know if I have been accepted for the contract and if so when will it be delivered. It seems like everyone is having the same problem.
Im so close to cancelling the order and going else where, I chose to go with EE because of the contract deals but I'm getting to the point of not caring about saving money this just seems like to much hard work. Im without a phone and when a company says they are going to do something they should do it or atleast inform people when they can't stick to their promise.

To let people know, Because of an error my order wasn't going through and thank you too EE customer service everything has now been dealt with and I will be receiving my new phone tomorrow.
In all honesty I was being very impatient and thinking about it its only been a week I am sorry for my rant and thank you too those who helped me fix this problem.
I would definitely recommend contacting customer service if you haven't received a text or email in 48 hours, my call was dealt within 10 minutes and the girl I spoke too was lovely.
