I've been trying to start my pack early since yesterday.
Usually, this would be an easy process involving texting to 150 "DP1", after 150 replies, texting back "YES", and then, after the second reply, answering "NOW".
It all works until I reply "YES". The text back saying I must use text them back (saying Now), never arrives.
Simply sending a text that says "NOW" triggers a message back saying you have a pack but if you want one to start early buy one and then text NOW...
I've tried several times and always the same happens. I think my pack is an old one (doesn't seem listed anywhere) as I've had it for years. So I wonder if this means EE is trying to push me towards another (more expensive) deal?
As I've had it so long, I have several boosts, which I don't want to lose, of course.
Thanks in advance!!

@africorn : DP1 is an old-style pack that is no longer available. If you already have it from before you may continue using it time-after-time as long as you let it expire normally & then auto renew. What you can't do is buy it again in order to curtail your current active pack early & then texting NOW to get it to start early.

Thanks. I'd more or less figured that by now. So if I run out of data before the end of my pack I have to buy expensive data from EE to top up. Though there's bound to be some other solution if I look further afield 🙂 It's not a situation I find myself in often.
