Well I just cannot believe the incompetence of this company after been released from my mobile phone contract just over a month ago now. I have just received an email with a survey saying , We're really sorry you've decided to cancel your EE Broadband. What the heck is going on with this shower. 😡 Roll on February when the contract does end.

I have just contacted EE and guess what email sent in Error and I am not the only one this has happened to.😡😡
