Son’s PAYG run out of data but we can’t add data?

My son’s PAYG still has lots of minutes and texts but has run out of data. I can’t add a data pack online or via the EE phone service. Any ideas?

@Littlelisa41  You can do that via THIS from the device in question or via the account the device is on.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Unfortunately this doesn’t work. It either thinks I want a top up on my own contract phone or if I do it on son’s phone it still won’t give option to top up data.

@Littlelisa41 : You need to access the link @Chris_B gave you from your son's phone only.

Before doing so he can top-up using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card.

@Littlelisa41 : He can either:

  1. Buy a completely new pack to replace the existing pack & then text NOW to 150 to start it. This will forgo his remaining minutes and texts.
  2. Text ADD DATA to 150 to buy a data add-on (but these are small). This will keep his remaining minutes and texts.
